Personally, I love coming here for picnics and soaking up the magical atmosphere—it feels like being in a fantasy land. The downtown office crowds clear out after 5:00 PM, giving you total freedom to use the bridge railings and mural walls without people constantly walking through your frame.
9. Crump Park
With wooden fences, charming trails, and a playground, Crump Park is great for year round rustic photos. You'd have no idea that Richmond City is just a few miles away. There's also a museum at the park with occasional events and exhibits. You can tie visiting them in with your photoshoot and make a whole afternoon of it!

Never underestimate the power of a home photoshoot! Your house is filled with meaningful spaces that make your photos unique. Plus, it's always a hoot to include all members of the family (yes, even the fuzzy four legged ones).

Pull back the curtains to face toward your biggest, brightest window. This gives that gorgeous, soft natural glow.
Declutter your background. Spend 10 minutes clearing away visual distractions like phone chargers, tissue boxes, etc.
Go with upscale lounge clothes. Cozy, neutral-colored knit sweaters, breathable linen shirts, or quality denim paired with bare feet or thick socks. You'll want to wear clothes that you can actually curl up on the couch or sit on the kitchen counter in without looking stiff.
