Welcome to Fingerprint Photo Studio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.fingerprintphotostudio.com (the "Site") and the services we provide. By accessing this website and/or booking our photography services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms

Fingerprint Photo Studio provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding photography, elopements, portraits, engagement sessions, and family photography.
All images taken by Fingerprint Photo Studio are protected by copyright law. Clients receive a license for personal use but do not own the copyright to the images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure a booking, a non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the agreed-upon date.
Pricing is subject to change at any time, but rates will remain as agreed upon at the time of booking.
If the client fails to complete payment, Fingerprint Photo Studio reserves the right to cancel the booking and withhold delivery of images.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If the client cancels the session, the retainer is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
In the rare case that Fingerprint Photo Studio is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will offer a reschedule or provide a recommended replacement photographer.

4. Image Delivery & Editing

Clients will receive a digital gallery of edited high-resolution images within the agreed-upon turnaround time (typically 6-8 weeks for weddings and 2-4 weeks for portrait sessions).
Basic retouching (color correction, exposure, cropping, and minor blemish removal) is included. Additional retouching requests beyond standard edits (such as body modifications or background changes) may be available for an additional fee.
RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Usage Rights & Copyright

Fingerprint Photo Studio retains the copyright and ownership of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license, which means they may:
- Download, print, and share the images for personal use.
- Use the images on social media, provided that credit is given to Fingerprint Photo Studio.
Clients may not:
- Sell, edit, or alter images without written permission.
- Use images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, brand promotions) without purchasing a commercial license.
- Submit images to contests or publications without prior approval.

6. Model Release & Privacy

By booking a session, clients grant Fingerprint Photo Studio permission to use images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If a client prefers their images to remain private, they must notify us in writing before the session.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images, Fingerprint Photo Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged files after delivery. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up their images upon receipt.
Fingerprint Photo Studio is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, venue restrictions, or technical malfunctions.

8. Client Cooperation & Conduct

Clients agree to arrive on time for their session. Sessions that start late due to client delays may be shortened without refund.
Clients must respect all venue rules and regulations, including restrictions on photography in certain areas.
Disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward the photographer, assistants, or others present during the session will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

Fingerprint Photo Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
